Eastwood Cottages — 905 N 12th St
Historic Home Preservation + 4-Home Infill Development, East Nashville
In the heart of East Nashville’s historic Eastwood neighborhood, Wright Deals partnered with Adagio Development Group on Eastwood Cottages — a five-home community built around a preserved century-old house and four newly constructed detached cottages on a rezoned single-family lot.
Each home features white oak hardwood floors, spray foam insulation, encapsulated crawlspaces, mahogany doors, custom cabinetry, gas appliances, and designer finishes curated by interior designer Marcelle Guilbeau. The two rear cottage units offer an efficient 920 square feet with 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, open living space, and dedicated off-street parking.
Located a short walk from Hill Center Greenwood, Publix, Starbucks, and East Nashville’s restaurants and shops, and just 3 miles from downtown, the completed homes are now a mix of owner-occupied residences and long-term rentals.

Full Historic Restoration, Zoned for Lockeland Elementary
In the heart of Lockeland Springs, Wright Deals completed a full historic restoration of this century-old home — preserving original trim, pocket doors restored by a historian, original doors and floors, stained glass, and fireplaces, all while bringing the home up to modern standards of comfort.
A custom white oak nickel gap paneled dining room and sculptural bronze chandelier layered refined, contemporary detail over the home’s old-world character. Indoor-outdoor living was extended with a screened-in porch and a spacious backyard, anchored by a rare three-car garage/DADU — nicknamed “The Cabin” — with direct street access rather than the typical limited alley access, suited to guests, extended family, a studio, or rental income.
Zoned for Lockeland Elementary, the finished home stands as one of Lockeland Springs’ architectural gems — a true restoration rather than a remodel.

Two New Craftsman Homes on an Oversized Lot
Wright Deals built two craftsman-style homes on an oversized East Nashville lot, each designed to make the most of its generous footprint with large private backyards and a 2-car attached, front-load garage.
Inside, each home offered 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths, with a flexible first-floor bedroom suited to a home office. Hardwoods ran throughout, paired with quartz countertops, coffered ceilings, and crown moulding for a high-end finish level. The primary suite featured vaulted ceilings, complemented by a bonus loft space on the second floor, generous storage, and abundant natural light throughout.
